- 1 pack of Protein of your choice (chicken thighs, breasts or wings. Pork Chops, pork tenderloin, spare ribs)
- 1 8 oz. Carolina Flavors Peach BBQ Sauce
- 4 Fresh peaches, washed, halved and pitted
Heat a grill to high heat.
Place protein in a large mixing bowl.Season with salt and pepper, add ½ C of bbq sauce and toss to coat.
Place protein on a hot grill. Cook basting with remaining bbq sauce as it cooks. Sauce should caramelize nicely as the meat cooks. Cook chicken until fully cooked through and cook pork to desired temperature.
Brush peach halves with a light coating of vegetable oil. Season with salt and place on the grill. Cook Quickly just enough to warm the peaches and get grill marks. 3-4 minutes.
Serve grilled peaches alongside grilled protein and enjoy!
