Peach Caprese


  • 1 lb peaches, ripe, but not super ripe
  • Mozzarella or Burratta cheese
  • 1 pack basil, torn or chiffonade
  • 1 pack CF spiced candied pecans
  • 2oz. Ramekin CF Balsamic Glaze


Slice peaches in ¼ inch thick slices or dice if desired. Place cut peaches on a medium serving platter. Add cheese or burrata balls, cut in quarters on top of the peaches. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze, sprinkle with candied pecans and basil. Season with salt and pepper.  Enjoy.
