Spinach & Roasted Red Pepper Flatbread


  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 Tb. Olive oil
  • ½ C. garlic herb butter,softened
  • ½ C. Carolina Flavors Marinated Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 container crumbled feta
  • 2 C. spinach leaves


Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Roll out pizza dough per instructions on packaging.

Place on a baking sheet. Spread softened butter in the center of the crust, and brush edges with olive oil. Add Roasted red pepper strips, spinach leaves and sprinkle with feta.

Bake in the oven on a sheet tray until bread has crisped and cheese is  melted.  Take from the oven, cut into squares, top with  arugula and enjoy!
