Butternut Squash Lasagna


  • 1 pint Carolina Flavors Butternut, sage brown butter sauce.
  • 1 pint Carolina Flavors Herbed lemon ricotta
  • 12 oz. Carolina Flavors shredded mozzarella
  • 1 package of Melina’s pasta lasagna sheets


Cook pasta per package instructions.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In pan provided, begin layering the lasagna. Start with a ½ cup of the sauce on the base of the pan. Add a layer of pasta. Top the pasta with ½ cup of ricotta mixture spread around. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat layering, sauce, pasta ricotta mozzarella until you run out of fillings and sauce. Should be approximately 3-4 layers.

Top with mozzarella for your final layer. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30-45 minutes. Take foil off and place back in the oven for approximately 15 more minutes or until the top has begun to brown.

Let sit for at least 15 minutes, ideally 30 before slicing so it can set nicely.
