Have vacay for breakie with Beth’s swoon-worthy smoothie recipe. Close your eyes and imagine crystal blue waves and island breezes when you blend up this tropic getaway in a glass!
- Juice from 1-2 oranges
- ¼ of pineapple, skin and core removed, cut in ½ inch chunks
- 1 banana
- ½ of a mango, peeled and cut off pit into ½ inch chunks
- 1/4 C non fat plain greek yogurt
- 3/4 C unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
Add yogurt, coconut milk, mango, pineapple, banana and orange juice. Blend to combine. If you prefer your smoothie a bit on the thicker side, try freezing your fruit beforehand or add some ice before you puree. If you prefer a thinner smoothie add a bit more orange juice or coconut milk.
