Potato Wedges


  • 1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced (or microplaned)
  • ½ bu parsley, minced
  • 1 oz. carolina flavors savory spice blend
  • ¼  olive oil or vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste


Preheat the oven to 400 F.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, spice blend, garlic and parsley to coat evenly.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cook for 25-35 minutes or until wedges are golden brown and fork tender.
