- 1 pack of pork tenderloin
- 1 container Carolina Flavors Olive Tapenade
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil/olive oil blend
Heat a cast iron skillet to high heat. Heat oven to 350F
Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, rub with 1-2 tb blended oil.
Sear pork tenderloin on all sides until nicely browned.
Place the pan with pork in the oven and roast for 10-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the tenderloin.
Cook until reaches an internal temperature of 145F.
Remove pork and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice pork and top with tapenade. Serve with favorite vegetable or starch side!
