- 1 pack of pork chops
- 1 container Carolina Flavors Chimichurri
- 1 container Carolina Flavors Olive Tapenade
- 1-2 zucchini, sliced on the bias ¼ “ thick
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil/olive oil blend
Heat a grill to high heat. Season Pork chops with salt and pepper, drizzle with a bit of oil blend.
Grill the pork chops on the first side, getting nice grill marks. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip. Cook another 4-5 minutes on the second side or until the pork chops are just cooked through. (cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of chops).
At the same time you can also grill the zucchini. Toss sliced zucchini with salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve zucchini with grilled pork chops, a generous spoonful of olive tapenade and a drizzle of chimichurri.
