- 1 Flat bread
- 1 Tb. Olive oil
- ½ C. Carolina Flavors Basil Pesto, or to taste
- ½ C. Carolina Flavors Marinated Roasted Red Peppers
- 1 Bag Carolina Flavors Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 C. Arugula
Preheat oven to 375 F.
On a cutting board or sheet tray place flat bread dough. Brush dough with a drizzle of olive oil. Next using a spatula or spoon spread a layer of pesto across flatbread all the way to the edges.
Next top with the roasted red pepper strips and finally with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven on a sheet tray until bread has crisped and cheese is melted. Take from the oven, cut into squares, top with arugula and enjoy!
