Healthy Habits vs. New Year’s Resolutions

It only takes 3 weeks to form a healthy habit, and less than 3 minutes for members to order from us each week. We want to help people ditch their resolutions this year and form habits that will last. According to a recent survey of 4,000 people by Sundried, 43% of people expect to give up their new year’s resolution after just one month. It’s a fact that by February most resolutions are already a thing of the past.
