We recently welcomed Slice Pie Company and their hand-made pies to our menu. This sweet local company has baked goods that will make your mouth water! Kristen Cleve aka “The Pie Lady” 
and her husband John and daughter Eliana — along with aunts, uncles and grandparents — make such amazing pies. You’ll want more than a slice!
Kristen told us, “The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation with innovative tweaking by my father, who believed so much in our recipes that he entered our Apple Pie and WON First Place at the North Carolina State Fair, with our unmatched signature crust!”
Not only do we love their pie, we love their family values too! “You’ll frequently catch my mother rolling out crust, placing orders, preparing ribbon, packaging, you name it, or my sister and brother, even volunteers, stepping in to work on a large order,” Kristen said. “My husband, John, always encourages me to follow my dreams, and my daughter, Eliana, tells me how one day she will be ‘The Pie Girl’. This isn’t just a family business, it truly is a family passion.”
These pie slices will make a great addition to your next family dinner or backyard BBQ! Their State Fair Blue Ribbon Apple Pie includes the freshest local apples, stuffed into a blanket of flaky pastry crust and “Slice” spices. It is dairy free, egg free, nut free and soy free too!
Their Pecan Pie is one that you can just leave a fork in and keep coming back until it’s finished. You can’t walk away! It’s a mind-blowing pie, chock full of local pecans and their signature State Fair Blue Ribbon flaky crust.
