Nothing tops chocolate fondue as the perfect end to a romantic dinner. If you can, snag a Pink Pineapple to make this sweet ending special!
- 10oz dark chocolate
- 1 tbls heavy cream
- 1 tbls milk
- Cut up fruit of your choice
In a double boiler or a heat proof bowl placed over simmering water, add 10 oz. of chocolate, 1 Tb of heavy cream and 1 Tb. of milk. Stir until all of the chocolate is melted. Adjust consistency by adding more cream or milk 1 Tb at a time until desired consistency is reached. Keep warm in a fondue pot or small crock pot and enjoy dipping sweet treats and fruit in the chocolate. If you have any leftover chocolate, it can be stored under refrigeration and easily reheated using the same method as above.
